Brooks & Dunn will resume their final tour on July 16th.
The Last Rodeo Tour was postponed on the recommendation of doctors for Ronnie Dunn to go on immediate vocal rest. Of the restart and new dates Dunn emailed, “Getting better every day. Kix and I will be raring to start where we left off ….and go for 3 additional dates to say thanks to all the fans for 20 years of showing us the love!”
B&D have added 3 dates to The Last Rodeo Tour; new tour stops include Oklahoma City, OK on August 20th, Little Rock, AR on August 21st and Holmdel, NJ on August 28th.In addition, country music legend Merle Haggard, Miranda Lambert, and Sara Evans have been announced to appear on selected tour dates.

It was a star-studded evening last night at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville. Country artists such as Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Joe Nichols, and Jamey Johnson gathered to honor some of country music’s most legendary artists including Hank Williams Jr., Randy Travis, Dolly Parton, and Merle Haggard.
Lee Ann Womack hosted and performed at the event while Underwood, Nichols, Shelton, and Lambert (among others) came to to pay tribute to those being honored.
“I feel like I need to be older, or dead,” Travis joked about receiving the Cliffe Stone Pioneer award. “Great thanks to so many wonderful songwriters in this town. The hits don’t happen without them.”

ACM Entertainer of the Year and four time Grammy winner Carrie Underwood will be inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame next month.
Underwood joins artists such as Vince Gill, Toby Keith, and Merle Haggard in being recognized by the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame.
To celebrate the honor, Underwood, along with two other hall of fame inductees will perform at the Annual Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Concert Sept. 17.
